Take an exciting look behind the scenes. Help our animal caretakers with their work and learn interesting facts about the care and characteristics of the animals.

Important Information

The experience vouchers are available only in German. You can book them for one or two participants (see experience description).These experiences are date-specific; please note that cancellation or rebooking will incur additional charges.

There are long wait times; please book well in advance.

Minimum Age

14 years old. Children ages 6 or 10 and older may participate in certain programs when accompanied by an adult (see activity description).

The penguin and seal experience can be booked for a maximum of 1 person aged 14 or older.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance. No liability is accepted in the event of an accident. You must strictly follow the instructions of the animal caretakers.

Features

We recommend sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. Participants should be “good on their feet,” as the experience vouchers partly take place on uneven ground and/or involve climbing stairs.

Photos

In the backstage areas, you may take photos only with the permission of our animal keepers. You may not publish these photos, not even on social media.
