Information sessions will provide you with insights from both zoological and psychological perspectives. During a discussion, you’ll explore the topic of snakes and prepare together for your encounter with the animals. Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your experience as a group and reflect on your feelings. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your participation in the seminar.
Instructors
Dr. Samuel Furrer, a biologist and spider expert, and André Angstmann, a certified psychologist (IAP), will explore with you the nature of snakes, their habitat, and their habits. They’ll help you overcome your preconceptions and give you the opportunity to get up close to the animals—if you’d like to.
