Guided Tours

Tour for People with Disabilities

Our volunteers will take you on a journey of discovery through the zoo, focusing on the topic of your choice.

From Monday through Friday, as well as on Saturday mornings, you can book guided tours with our FTZ volunteer team that are specifically tailored to people with disabilities.

Guided Tour Prices

The tour lasts 1.5 hours and is designed for schools, residential facilities, and workshops for people with disabilities. Group size: a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 people.

Institutions operated by the City of Zurich or the Canton of Zurich
Admission to the zoo is free.

Privately run institutions
In addition, there is a zoo admission fee of CHF 14.– per person.

Booking changes up to 15 days before the guided tour: CHF 50.–

Cancellations

Cancellations up to 15 days before the guided tour: CHF 100.–

Cancellation 8–14 days before the guided tour: 50% of the total amount as stated in the order confirmation (min. CHF 100.–)

Cancellation 1–7 days before the guided tour: 75% of the total amount as stated in the order confirmation (min. CHF 100.–)
