Gurinder Café de Paris Dip Spice

Gurinder’s Café de Paris spice mix is a delicious all-rounder.

To make a dip

Mix 1 heaped tablespoon of the dip seasoning thoroughly with 100 g crème fraîche and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Uses

Excellent with grilled meats such as steaks and entrecôte, for vegetable dips, with potatoes, in salad dressings, with fish or as herb butter.

Ingredients: garlic, black pepper, sea salt, onions, raw sugar, tomatoes, coriander, turmeric, mustard, cayenne pepper, chives, fenugreek, tarragon, chervil, savory, ginger, parsley, cumin, chilli, marjoram.
