Three Questions for Ana

What motivated you to join the Lewa nature conservation project?

My greatest motivation is being able to be right there on site and experience the hyacinth macaws up close. It makes me proud to know that the work of this project has made an important contribution to the conservation of this species and continues to positively influence its future.

An unforgettable moment in your project?

The most beautiful and unforgettable moment was watching a chick grow up, helping it survive, and finally seeing it successfully leave the nest and fly off into the wild.

What is your biggest wish for your project?

I hope that the project will continue to grow, expand its work into other areas, and remain committed to nature conservation with great dedication and perseverance.

«Helping a chick on its way to freedom is something very special.»
