Tickets

Available online or at the ticket desks at the main entrance and in the visitor centre.

Alterslimit

Children under the age of 6 may only participate in the giraffe feeding when accompanied by an adult.

More Information

Feeding takes place under professional supervision and with the help of the volunteer teams at Zoo Zurich. We’re also happy to answer any questions you may have about the giraffes and other animals of the Lewa Savanna.

Nature Conservation Donation

All proceeds from the giraffe feeding go entirely to our Lewa Nature Conservation Project in Kenya.

Implementation

For animal welfare reasons, we cannot always guarantee that an experience will take place. We decide each day by 9 a.m. whether the experience will take place that day. If you have booked a ticket for a canceled experience, we will notify you immediately. Please note that we cannot refund the ticket in the event of a cancellation.
